Sugar Catering has been in the catering industry since 1997. It is owned and operated by chef, Mario Sorrentino who is also a well versed sous chef and an expert in authentic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Mario graduated at Humber College Institute of culinary arts in 1987. In the past he has worked at Pia’s Restaurant and Banquet for eight years before moving to Vancouver. Once established in our great city, he opened Sabatini’s Restaurant in Burnaby and then went into a partnership with Jenny and opened Mitzie’s Restaurant in China Town for Four years and now he finds himself on Manitoba Street, running The Little Coffee House, as well as Sugar Catering.
